THIS IS A LEAF MINE, NOT A GALL. It is added here because many gall enthusiasts see leaf folds and hope they are galls even though only a small percentage of leaf folds count as galls by even the broad definition used on Gallformers.

This mine is described by Braun as "occup[ying] a comparatively small area in which the leaf substance is almost entirely eaten out, and the lower epidermis is closely wrinkled at maturity."
